Germany's public universities offer exceptional academic value with near-zero tuition in most states, but Indian students frequently miss their target intake because they underestimate two mandatory steps: the APS Certificate and the Sperrkonto (blocked account).
First, apply for your APS India certificate (₹18,000 fee) before university applications open. Most German public universities and uni-assist require your issued APS certificate before they will evaluate your file.
Second, prepare your blocked account (€11,904 per year, releasing €992 per month) as soon as your admission letter arrives so there is zero delay before your VFS visa appointment.
